Panchakarma Treatments

Abhyanga

Using a warm herbal oil, two experienced therapists utilise a variety of Ayurvedic techniques to massage and restore the vital flow of energy within your body. This form of massage assists in regulating blood pressure, eliminating impurities and allows for the regeneration of deep healing within cells whilst providing much needed relaxation.

Uzhichil

Deep pressure is applied to 'marma points' which stimulate circulation and the nervous system, supplying nutrition to the cells to assist in reversing the ageing process.

Pizhichil

With slow and light rhythmic pressure, the Pizhichil massage strengthens immunity, and increases flexibility, making it effective in assisting musculoskeletal and neurological disorders.

Ela Kizhi/Patra Potli Swedan

This soothing and rejuvenating therapy entails the slicing and frying of herbs which are then tied into pouches dipped into warm medicated oil before caressing the body. Providing relief from pain, swelling and stiffness.

Shiro Dhara

In order to revitalise the mind and body, a warm herbal oil graces the forehead. This assists in improving memory, sleep and providing anti-aging effects.

Udwarthana

Udwarthana is a deep dry massage that stimulates the hair follicles which in turn mobilises toxins that allows for dissolving of the body's excess fat.

Dhabymla Dhara

A warm herbal liquid is poured from a hung vessel over the affected parts of the body. This process aids cell consciousness which assists in blood circulation and relieving body aches and pains.

Takra Dhara

Poured across the forehead, the medicated buttermilk aids those suffering from insomnia, depression, and stress related issues.

Navarakizhi

Navarakizhi is a sweat inducing therapy using milk and medicated rice which is used to relieve pain and stiffness in the muscles. This treatment allows for the rejuvenation of the body's tissues, improving blood supply and muscle tone by opening circulation channels.

Podi Kizhi

After a rejuvenating massage with dosha specific oils, Podi Kizhi is the process in which warmed herbal bandages are anointed onto the body before entering the sweating chamber. This aids in detoxifications, relieving muscle pain and stiffness.
