Frequently Asked Questions

Panchakarma is a powerful Ayurvedic cleansing and rejuvenation process, but it isn’t one-size-fits-all. Most people can benefit from Panchakarma when it is properly tailored to their constitution, health history, and current condition. Before confirming a Panchakarma retreat, we carry out an individual assessment to ensure it is safe, appropriate, and beneficial for you.
-
Panchakarma Retreat is a personalised healing experience rooted in traditional Ayurveda. It typically includes an initial assessment, daily Ayurvedic treatments, specialised therapies, herbal preparations, a supportive diet, and recommended lifestyle practices such as gentle yoga, meditation, and rest.
Because Panchakarma is customised for each individual, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can explain what your specific programme might involve and answer any personal health questions you may have.
-
Generally, Panchakarma Rejuvenation Programme is recommended for individuals between 15 and 70 years of age. It is not advised for vulnerable groups such as pregnant women or individuals with serious chronic illnesses unless specifically evaluated. For participation in the rejuvenation programme, we strongly recommend an initial assessment with our Ayurveda consultant to ensure suitability and safety.
