Sound Therapy
Sound therapy is a professional holistic therapy that uses sound and vibration to support relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being.
Guided by a trained sound therapist, sessions create a structured auditory environment that encourages the body and mind to shift into a more balanced, restorative and meditative state.
What Sound Therapy Involves
You will have a short consultation with the therapist.
You remain fully clothed, resting comfortably on a treatment table for 60mins.
Use of carefully selected sounds and vibrations delivered through instruments.
Instruments may include Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, rattles and recorded sound.
Clients typically rest comfortably while sound is introduced in a calm, attentive manner
Sound is experienced both through hearing and physical vibration, supporting grounding and body awareness
