Panchakarma Retreats
Our signature Panchakarma Retreats
Our signature Panchakarma retreats are a one-of-a-kind offering in Ireland. Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, Panchakarma is a holistic journey of deep cleansing, balance, and renewal. Traditionally only available in the mountain-clinics of India, this authentic experience is now offered here in the heart of the Slieve Bloom Mountains, Co. Laois.
Benefits include:
removal of toxins from the body
improved health and wellness
restoration of overall balance
strengthened the immune system
deeper relaxation
reversing stress on the body
slowing the ageing process
Pancha means “five” and karma means “actions.” There are five actions, or stages, involved in the retreat. Together they provide holistic healing that addresses the root cause of overall health degeneration.
Panchakarma is generally considered safe and aims to restore the body’s natural healing capabilities rather than just treating symptoms. It is carried out over a series of days with the guidance and support of qualified experts.
Central to ayurvedic philosophy is the concept of three dosha: Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
These dosha are biological energies found throughout the human body and mind. Each individual has a unique balance of these doshas, known as their Prakriti. Ayurvedic rejuvenative massages are personalised based on this constitution.
Treatments encompass the body as a whole, acknowledging the physical and mental connection to common issues.
Every retreat is carefully tailored to your unique needs, supporting the natural detox of body, mind, and spirit. Panchakarma gently clears away stress and toxins, helping you reconnect with your true nature and guiding you towards inner peace and wellbeing. Alongside your therapies, you’ll also gain practical knowledge and lifestyle skills that empower you to carry balance and vitality back into your daily life long after your retreat has ended.
Choose the retreat length that suits you best: 7, 14, 21 or 28 days.
